GENERAL TERMS
FEES INCLUDE:
- All classes, books, and materials (except
dictionaries).
- Home stay with private room, two prepared meals
daily and a bag lunch, plus laundry service.
- Transportation to and from classes.
- Special events including welcoming party
and graduation ceremony.
AIRPORT PICK-UP
- Airport pick-up is provided free for all students
who arrive no more than two days preceding the first day of each session.
- Students arriving at other times should arrange
for their own transportation.
- IPC cannot guarantee airport pick-up unless we
have your flight information on file seven days before your arrival.
- If there are any changes in your flight you must
inform us.
HOME STAY
- Home stay includes private room, breakfast,
dinner, bag lunch, and laundry service.
- Home stays begin no more than two days
prior to the
first day of classes.
- Students who wish to arrive more than two days
before classes begin must make their own housing arrangements until the program
begins.
- Additional home stay days due to late departure
can be arranged for you upon request.
- In order to allow proper scheduling, and abiding
by IPC contracts with home stay families, all home stay arrangements and
extensions must be made by IPC.
- There will be only one student placed with each
home stay family unless otherwise requested by students and approved by IPC.
ENROLLMENT
- The total cost of each session is
US$1,700 per
person.
- A deposit of US$300 per person
(non-refundable), together with a completely filled out registration
form are required to confirm your space for any given session.
- The deposit must be sent in the form of an
international money order or a check drawn on a US bank (personal checks are
fine) or an international wire transfer.
- Checks must be made payable to Radio For Peace
International and mailed to: IPC / RFPI; P.O. Box 3165, Newberg,
OR 97132-3165, USA
PAYMENT
- Payment of the balance of the program fee must be
made in full on the first day of the program.
- Payment may be made in the form of a personal
check, traveler's checks, an international money order, or cash. IPC accepts
credit card payments, but a 6.0% fee must be added.
- IPC does not under any circumstances accept checks
drawn on banks outside the United States, even if they are in US dollars. This
includes EUROcheques and checks from Canadian US dollar accounts.
- No refunds will be made for any portion of classes
or home stay once the program has begun.
- No refunds will be made for absences from classes or home stay.
- We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled
sessions and refund your deposit in full if there are not a minimum number of
students registered 30 days prior to the first day of classes.
